• Deep understanding of process improvement, systems thinking, change management, and performance measurement.
• Strong ability to lead through influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
• Proven project leadership, facilitation, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, performance measurement, and trend interpretation.
• Excellent communication, especially for frontline and executive audiences.
• Ability to develop standard work, tools, templates, and sustainment approaches.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports enterprise performance improvement, operational excellence, patient safety, regulatory readiness, and care delivery improvement initiatives.
• Translates system priorities into structured improvement plans with charters, milestones, and measures.
• Partners with clinical and operational leaders to identify opportunities and implement evidence-based solutions.
• Applies Lean, Six Sigma, change management, and structured problem-solving methods to optimize processes.
• Facilitates cross-functional governance, meeting structures, and executive-ready progress communication.
• Partners with data teams to define and monitor performance measures, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Develops standard work, playbooks, and scalable toolkits for sustained improvement.
• Coaches teams in improvement methods and sustainment planning.
• Supports regulatory, accreditation, and quality readiness efforts with measurable outcomes.
• Influences stakeholders without direct supervisory authority to maintain momentum.
• Engages hospitals and service lines across enterprise teams for alignment.
