Job summary

The MetroHealth System is seeking a senior operations and process improvement leader to guide analysis, redesign, and execution across enterprise initiatives. You will partner with senior leaders to drive population health focused care models, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and measurable improvements in care delivery.

Ideal candidates will bring seven years of cross-functional change management experience, strong strategic thinking, and a proven ability to manage large, complex projects

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience beyond the stated requirements.
• Demonstrated seven years of experience in systemic problem solving, influencing and creating change in complex organizations.
• Analytical ability with experience in strategic planning processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Project, Visio and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational process analysis, redesign and execution consultation for a population health focused model across care sites and populations.
• Manage internal initiatives and organizational change strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align resources and strategic priorities.

Education

Master’s degree in a related field
