Responsibilities

• Serve as the analytics partner for the Residential Business Unit, delivering actionable insights.
• Monitor health across sales, enrollment, retention, customer care and revenue integrity.
• Support the GM through executive reviews, strategic planning, and decision support.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps before they materialize.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and KPI definitions for leadership visibility.
