Job summary

IGS Energy in the United States is seeking a Business Performance & Insights Manager to act as the analytical engine of the Residential Business Unit, turning data into actionable insights that drive growth, retention, and profitability.

You will partner with executives to define KPIs, build executive dashboards, and lead cross-functional initiatives, with a path toward people leadership and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong business analytics background.
• Minimum 7 years in business performance, analytics, or strategy roles.
• Experience partnering with executives and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to monitor health across sales, enrollment, retention, and customer care.
• Translate questions into analytics approaches and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Develop and improve executive dashboards and KPIs.
• Lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
• Support planning, performance reviews, and decision support.
