Experience translating data into recommendations that influence strategic decisions.
Experience leading cross-functional work from problem definition through implementation.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Residential Business Unit and provide insights to inform leadership decisions.
Monitor health across sales, enrollment, retention, customer care, revenue and workforce performance.
Translate business questions into analytical approaches and deliver practical recommendations.
Support executives through reviews, planning, and decision support.
Analyze enrollment trends, channel performance, and customer value.
Assess retention initiatives and quantify impact of actions.
Improve executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting standards.
