Responsibilities

• Serve as analytics partner for Residential Business Unit and inform leadership decisions.
• Monitor health across sales, enrollment, retention, customer care, and revenue integrity.
• Translate questions into analyses, synthesize findings, and provide practical recommendations.
• Support executives with recurring reviews, strategic planning, and decision support.
• Identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps early.
• Lead root-cause analyses and define success metrics for improvements.
