Job summary

Airgas Inc. and Subsidiaries seeks a Business Performance Manager to drive Central Division strategy through strategic projects, data-driven insights, and governance of executive reports. You will lead cross-functional teams, quantify savings, and deliver real-time dashboards to executive leadership.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in PMO or analytics, strong BI skills (Power BI), and experience optimizing procurement and finance processes. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and/or complex BI initiatives in a multi-site environment.
• Strong BI architecture knowledge and data lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic transformation projects across cross-functional teams and ensure milestones.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and partner with leaders to remove friction.
• Quantify and resolve operational waste by developing cross-functional savings plans.
• Align daily purchasing best practices across applicable teams.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards translating data into strategic insights.
• Establish standard reporting definitions and cadence across division.
