Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Business Performance Manager to drive the Central Division Strategy Department, overseeing strategic projects and KPI tracking. You will deliver end-to-end dashboards and executive reports, guiding efficiency and expense analysis across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in performance management, PMO, analytics, finance, ops or management consulting.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and/or BI initiatives across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation projects across cross-functional teams and manage milestones.
• Identify bottlenecks and partner with leaders to remove friction and advance progress.
• Quantify and resolve operational waste with cross-functional savings plans.
• Align daily purchasing best practices among associates.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards translating data into insights.
• Establish standard reporting definitions and cadence across the division.
