Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC in Austin, TX seeks a skilled Project Manager/Business Analyst to join the PMO and lead BI delivery projects. Translate business needs into BRDs, drive Scrum ceremonies, and coordinate with BI team to deliver dashboards and reports in Power BI and Fabric.

You will split time ~70% on project management and ~30% on business analysis, collaborating with data engineers on data integration from Salesforce CRM, Epic AMS, and GL to support robust reporting and AI-ready data lakes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, BI/Data Analytics environment.
• 2+ years of Project Management/SCRUM Master experience.
• Strong understanding of BI tools, Power BI and Fabric.
• Experience with data integration from Salesforce CRM, Epic AMS, and General Ledger.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SCRUM environments.

Responsibilities

• Capture and document business requirements; translate into BRDs and technical specs.
• Serve as SCRUM Master; manage timelines and ceremonies.
• Coordinate data integration from Salesforce CRM, Epic AMS, and GL to central data stores.
• Design and prototype Power BI dashboards and reports; ensure scalability and governance.
• Maintain regular stakeholder updates and clear communication across teams.
• Support QA/UAT and sign-off on deliverables.
