Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Business Performance Manager in Tulsa, OK to drive strategic transformation and operational analytics across the Central Division. You will oversee dashboard design, KPI tracking, and cross-functional savings efforts with senior leaders.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in a related field and 5+ years of experience in PMO, analytics, or finance, plus strong BI and data-management skills. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in performance management, PMO, analytics, finance or ops.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and BI initiatives in multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic transformation projects across cross-functional teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and partner with leaders to remove friction.
• Quantify and resolve operational waste with cross-functional savings plans.
• Align daily purchasing best practices among associates.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards translating data into insights.
• Establish standard reporting definitions and cadence across divisions.
• Build matrixed relationships with leadership to foster collaboration.
