Job summary

Airgas, part of Air Liquide, is hiring a Business Performance Manager in Tulsa, OK. The role drives the Central Division Strategy Department with strategic projects, KPI tracking, and executive reporting.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, design dashboards, and deliver real-time insights to guide decisions. The position emphasizes operational rigor, collaboration with operations, finance, and sales, and requires strong BI and communication skills plus ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in performance management, PMO, operational analytics, finance, business operations or management consulting.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and/or complex BI initiatives.
• Strong BI architecture, data modeling, and data lifecycle management skills.
• Familiarity with coding languages.
• Advanced financial & operational literacy with a track record of identifying operational savings.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Experience in project management and organizational skills.
• Innovative, problem-solving mindset with ability to challenge status quo.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Must have valid U.S. employment authorization.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic transformation projects across cross-functional teams.
• Identify and remove operational bottlenecks with department leaders.
• Identify and realize cross-functional savings by addressing waste.
• Support alignment of daily purchasing best practices.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards translating data into insights.
• Establish standard reporting definitions and delivery cadences.
• Build relationships with divisional, regional & corporate leadership to foster collaboration.
