Job summary

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, is seeking a Business Performance Manager to drive the Central Division Strategy Department. The role emphasizes strategic project management, KPI tracking, and governance of executive reports and dashboards.

You will work across operations, finance, and sales to optimize efficiency and cross-functional savings. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in performance management, with strong BI skills (Power BI) and experience in a decentralized, multi-site setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years in performance management, PMO, analytics, or management consulting.
• Experience delivering BI initiatives in a multi-site environment.
• Strong BI architecture, data modeling, and data lifecycle understanding.
• Experience with SAP, Gemini, and applied AI/ML is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic transformation projects across cross-functional teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and partner with leaders to remove friction.
• Quantify and reduce operational waste with cross-functional savings.
• Align daily purchasing practices across associates.
• Design executive dashboards translating data into insights.
• Standardize reporting definitions and cadences division-wide.
• Build relationships with leadership to drive problem solving.
