Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in performance management, PMO, operational analytics, finance, or management consulting.
• Experience delivering digital transformation and/or complex BI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate strategic transformation projects across cross-functional teams.
• Identify bottlenecks and partner with leaders to remove friction.
• Quantify and resolve operational waste with cross-functional savings plans.
• Align daily purchasing best practices among associates.
• Design and maintain executive dashboards translating data into insights.
• Establish standard reporting definitions and cadences.
