Salesforce seeks a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant (ESPC) to join our ES organization, partnering with ESBPs, COEs, PS&O and others to roll out ESP programs and support org health reviews, promotions, talent reviews, and employee experience surveys.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with HR analytics and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to ESBP Partners and business leaders, ensuring HR strategies support business needs.
• Provide operational and analytical support to ESBPs with data for ES programs.
• Monitor trends around employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover.
• Use HR analytic tools to make data-driven decisions.
• Lead org health analyses and propose ES activities.
• Support digital transformation through AI, agents, UAT, and process improvement.
• Partner with COEs and PS&O to deliver HR processes and insights.
• Deliver on talent strategy initiatives including retention, mobility, and succession planning.
