Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a U.S.-based Employee Success People Consultant to partner with ES teams and drive HR programs. The role focuses on org health reviews, talent reviews, and employee experience initiatives within a fast-paced ES organization.

The ESPC will support ESBPs, COEs, PS&O, and leadership, using analytics and AI-enabled processes to improve workforce outcomes across the sales distribution team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience with HR analytics, data storytelling and dashboards.
• Ability to partner with multiple stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to ESBP Partners and leaders.
• Provide operational and analytical support for ES programs.
• Monitor trends in employee satisfaction and turnover.
• Lead ES programs and coordinate ES activities across teams.
• Partner with COEs and PS&O to deliver HR processes at scale.
