Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager to join our rapidly growing People PM Team. From talent acquisition to compensation, you'll dive deep into critical workflows, emerging as the directly accountable owner for key People Programs.

With your strong foundation in project management, a keen understanding of data analysis, and ability to build trust across the business, you will drive program initiatives, manage risks, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program management, internal operations, HR, or consulting.
• Experience delivering end-to-end programs with risk mitigation and stakeholder management.
• Motivated by our defense mission with cross-functional project work.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• U.S. Person due to export-controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver key People programs aligned to business goals.
• Maintain program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk registers.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions.
• Translate people data into actionable project plans.
• Communicate updates across teams to align stakeholders.
• Partner with senior leaders to drive program outcomes.
