Job summary

Anduril is hiring a Program Manager to join the People PM Team. You will own and drive key People Programs from talent acquisition to compensation, partnering with leaders across the business to ensure successful delivery and risk management.

The role requires strong project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communication skills to translate complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of program management, internal operations, HR, or management consulting.
• Experience delivering end-to-end programs with risk mitigation and stakeholder management.
• Motivated by defense mission and cross-functional work with technical and user-focused workflows.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver key People programs within the organization.
• Maintain program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Build trust with senior partners and act as the main interface for cross-functional projects.
• Create compelling narratives and updates to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
• Own projects from conception through to tactical completion and execution.
