Anduril Industries in Washington, DC is seeking a Program Manager to join the People PM Team. You will own key People programs from talent acquisition to compensation, driving initiatives, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders across the company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management experience in operations, HR, or consulting.
• Experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs with risk mitigation.
• Driven by mission and able to work cross-functionally on technical and people-focused workflows.
• Strong judgment, proactive problem-solver with high ownership.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
• Maintain a high execution bar from conception to completion to move Anduril forward.
• Develop, own, and maintain program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers.
• Use qualitative and quantitative skills to design analyses that influence operational decisions.
• Build trust with senior partners and translate people data into actionable project plans.
• Communicate across teams and craft narratives and updates that align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
