Anduril Industries is seeking a Program Manager for the People PM Team. You will own key People Programs from talent acquisition to compensation, drive initiatives, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders across the company.

With a strong foundation in project management and data analysis, you will build trust with senior partners and translate complex people data into clear action plans that align teams and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in program management or related roles.
• Experience overseeing end-to-end programs with risks and tracking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• U.S. Person due to export controlled information access.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects within the People organization to meet objectives.
• Develop schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk registers.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions.
• Translate data into actionable program plans for stakeholders.
