Ideal candidates have 4+ years in program management or related fields, strong data analysis, and exceptional communication. This role is based in Washington, DC, with a focus on talent processes from acquisition to compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of moderately complex programs with risk mitigation and task tracking.
• Motivated by defense mission and able to thrive on cross-functional, people-centric work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization to meet business objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers.
• Translate complex people data into actionable project plans for senior partners.
• Communicate across teams to align stakeholders and drive program outcomes.
• Build trust with senior stakeholders and act as the primary interface for program initiatives.
• Drive risk management and ensure on-schedule delivery from conception to completion.
