Job summary

Anduril Industries, a defense tech leader in the U.S., seeks a Program Manager for the People PM Team. You will own key People Programs from talent acquisition to compensation, partnering with leaders across the business and turning data into actionable project plans.

With a strong project-management and analytics foundation, you will manage risks, drive initiatives, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver impact. This role requires US citizenship due to export controls.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading program management or operational roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end programs with risk mitigation and tracking.
• Strong communication and executive-facing storytelling.
• U.S. Person with access to export-controlled information.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization.
• Maintain program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk registers.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analysis to inform operational decisions.
• Translate complex people data into clear, actionable project plans.
• Build trust with senior partners and align stakeholders across the company.
• Communicate across teams to drive positive program outcomes.
