Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
• Experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs with risk mitigation and tracking.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization.
• Maintain program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk registers for on-schedule delivery.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative data into actionable analyses for operational decisions.
• Build trust with senior partners and act as the primary interface for programs.
• Communicate across teams to align stakeholders and drive program outcomes.
