Anduril Industries in Washington, DC area is seeking a Program Manager to join our rapidly growing People PM Team. You will own key People Programs from talent acquisition to compensation, driving program initiatives, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders.

With a strong foundation in project management and data-analysis, you will translate people data into actionable plans, build trust with senior partners, and influence decision-making across the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in program management, internal operations, human resources, or management consulting.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end execution of moderately complex programs, including risk mitigation, task tracking, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute critical projects within the People organization, ensuring successful delivery against business objectives.
• Maintain a high execution bar and drive projects from conception to tactical completion.
• Develop, own, and maintain program schedules, briefs, trackers, and risk/opportunity registers.
• Use qualitative and quantitative analyses to tackle complex problems and influence operational decisions.
• Translate complex people data into clear, actionable project plans for senior partners.
• Communicate across teams, crafting narratives and updates to align stakeholders and drive outcomes.
