Job summary

Paystone is seeking a Senior People Partner to support Revenue and Operations teams, partnering with leaders to build strong teams, anticipate talent needs, and drive employee engagement. The role blends hands-on ownership of people programs with AI and automation to improve processes.

Reporting to the Director of People Experience, you’ll operate in a small team, work independently, and align with Paystone’s broader people strategy across North America.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR, with People Partner/HRBP experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on business and people priorities.
• Ability to connect local decisions to broader people strategies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Revenue and Operations leaders to understand goals and plan talent.
• Coach managers on team effectiveness, development, engagement, performance, and relations.
• Own delivery of key people programs: onboarding, performance mgmt, engagement, recognition, and comp.
• Identify improvements using feedback, data, and practical recommendations.
• Leverage AI, automation, and tech to streamline People Experience workflows.
• Support a globally distributed workforce with employees, managers, and EOR partners.
