Shakepay is seeking a Senior People Operations Partner to elevate how People work gets done. You’ll join a function with a strong foundation, shaping next steps, and turning ideas into practical solutions across onboarding, compensation cycles, and data systems.

You’ll partner across Finance, Legal, Security, Talent, and vendors to improve processes, scale operations, and support managers and employees as Shakepay grows, with a focus on proactive, data-driven decisions.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive experience in People Operations, HR business partnering, HR generalist work, or a related People role.

Responsabilidades

• Take responsibility for day-to-day operation of core People processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, leave, benefits, employee data, documentation, and People systems.
• Design, document, and improve reliable workflows, handoffs, and resources that make People processes easier to navigate and maintain.
• Support the operational delivery of key People programs, including performance and compensation cycles, and help improve how those programs work over time.
• Bring forward clear recommendations, options, tradeoffs, and next steps when the path forward is not obvious.
• Use data, employee feedback, and day-to-day experience to identify risks, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, simplification and automation.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, Security, Talent, and external vendors on People-related work.
