Job summary

tem is hiring a People Operations Partner to join our Performance team. This remote-first role focuses on running payroll across multiple countries, building automation, and supporting the employee lifecycle as we scale globally.

You'll own payroll accuracy, onboarding, changes and offboarding, and you’ll connect our systems with AI workflows to reduce repetitive work while maintaining privacy and trust.

Qualifications

• You’ve worked in People Operations or HR Operations and value accuracy and confidentiality.
• Payroll cycles across multiple countries, ideally in-house or via an employer of record.
• You’re comfortable with no-code/low-code automation and AI workflows.
• You operate in ambiguity, balance efficiency with empathy, and improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Run payroll end to end across multiple countries, managing changes and off-cycle payments.
• Deliver core People operations across onboarding, changes, contracts and documentation, leave and offboarding.
• Be the trusted point of contact for employees and managers through resolution.
• Maintain accurate employee data and documentation across systems.
• Automate recurring tasks with AI-enabled tools and integrate systems like Rippling, Notion, Linear, Slack, Ashby, n8n and Google Workspace.
• Own the People tech stack and continuously improve processes and dashboards.
