Job summary

Fullsteam is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders across the United States and Canada. You will navigate people, performance, and organizational challenges at both strategic and tactical levels, owning execution and shaping organizational effectiveness, performance management, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
• Ability to advise and influence leaders on complex people matters.
• Strong consultative and problem-solving skills with practical recommendations.
• Experience supporting organizational design, workforce planning, and changes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, translating needs into people solutions.
• Partner on organizational effectiveness, team structures, reporting relationships, and changes.
• Support talent decisions considering business objectives, cost, and risk.
• Lead planning and execution of organizational changes with clear communication and documentation.
• Coach leaders on performance management, set expectations, and address concerns.
• Develop performance improvement plans and related documentation as needed.
• Lead and resolve employee relations matters, investigations, and conflicts.
• Conduct workplace investigations and provide actionable recommendations.
• Help leaders distinguish performance, capability, and behavior issues for solutions.
• Provide candid counsel and constructive challenge to leaders.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, HRIS, Legal, and others to implement solutions.
• Identify recurring themes and recommend actions to improve leader effectiveness and employee experience.
