Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in People Operations.
• Experience partnering with GTM teams (sales/CS).
• Proven ability to quickly learn new tasks and use AI tools.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, iterative environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience using data to inform decisions.
• Effective communication, consulting and facilitation.

Responsabilités

• Act as Strategic Thought Partner to sales and GTM leaders, aligning talent with business outcomes.
• Drive creative problem-solving and diagnose organizational needs.
• Execute core talent programs including compensation/reward and retention in high-volume GTM settings.
• Collaborate with Regional People Partners, Program Managers, and COEs to deliver strategic people solutions.
• Champion Samsara’s culture and leadership principles as we scale globally and across offices.
• Travel roughly once per quarter for leadership offsites and team gatherings.
