Samsara, the Connected Operations Cloud company, is seeking a Senior People Operations partner to align talent programs with fast-paced GTM needs. You will drive strategic people solutions in collaboration with executives and COEs, shaping a high-impact talent agenda.

This role requires 6+ years in People Operations, strong analytics, and a proactive approach to applying AI to automate tasks in a dynamic environment. Travel quarterly for offsites and strategy meetings is expected.
