Apple Inc. in Cupertino seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders on People strategy and workforce planning. You will help design talent development priorities and succession plans while advising on compensation best practices.

You will also lead cross-functional projects with Apple University, apply HR analytics to inform decisions, and provide strategic and tactical HR support across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner.
• Experience in Organizational Development or center of excellence projects.
• Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools is essential.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align on the People strategy.
• Support workforce planning and organization design across teams.
• Design talent development priorities and succession plans; coach leaders and employees.
• Advise on local/global compensation initiatives and market data.
• Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Apple University on training.
• Track staffing, retention, attrition, and other HR metrics to inform leadership.
