TAIT seeks an experienced People Business Partner to enable internal client groups to achieve outstanding business outcomes. You will act as a consultative advisor and strategic partner, translating business priorities into a differentiated People agenda.

You’ll coach leaders, analyze people data, and drive cross-functional collaboration across TAIT’s COEs and plant operations. You’ll manage employee relations, policy interpretation, and risk mitigation while partnering on talent development and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related area.
• 7+ years of related HR work experience or equivalent.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, especially employee relations.
• Experience with HR projects and change management.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, analytics, and policy application.

Responsabilidades

• Act as internal consultant and change partner to assigned client groups.
• Support delivery and implementation of People programs and processes.
• Lead workplace resolutions to employee relations issues for the headquarters.
• Develop knowledge of policies, laws, and regulations for internal use.
• Collaborate on talent strategy, development, and retention efforts.
• Support annual performance cycle development and cascading goals.
• Lead organizational development initiatives, including leadership development.
• Solve complex HR problems with a business-focused mindset.
