Job summary

Katalyst CRO in Portsmouth, NH seeks a proactive People Business Partner to align HR strategies with two SPM assets (CT1 & Albacore). You will partner with business leaders to drive talent planning, employee relations, and workforce initiatives while nurturing a positive, productive workplace.

This role acts as a trusted advisor, influencing leaders, coaching managers, and delivering innovative HR solutions that support organizational goals and rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CIPD are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to develop and execute people strategies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment and timely hiring.
• Coach managers on leadership effectiveness and employee performance.
• Lead employee relations activities, including investigations and policy interpretation.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives to promote an inclusive, high-performing environment.
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.
• Manage onboarding, development, promotions, transfers and offboarding.
• Analyze workforce trends and advise HR solutions to improve performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on organizational change and HR projects.
