Job summary

You’ll coach managers, resolve workplace concerns, and turn feedback into actionable insights that strengthen engagement. The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR experience, knowledge of federal/state employment laws, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; SPHR/PHR preferred.
• 5+ years HR experience in partner/generalist/employee relations roles.
• Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws; investigations experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to resource for team members and leaders on policies and inquiries.
• Counsel on conflicts, resolve disputes, and address performance concerns.
• Conduct thorough employee investigations and document findings and resolutions.
