This People Business Partner role is a strategic advisor to business leaders, translating enterprise HR strategy into practical execution across workforce planning, employee relations, and change management.

With 6+ years in HR and 3+ years in leadership roles, you will guide compensation design, employee engagement, policy execution, and data analytics to strengthen culture and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of broad HR experience across multiple HR functional areas.
• 3+ years of managerial experience influencing, coaching, and advising business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compensation and benefits structures; provide financial, market, and legal analysis.
• Guide employee engagement and experience by addressing OPCO/business unit issues and developing engagement plans.
• Identify actions to implement strategy and business plans; align with organization’s mission and values.
• Deliver complex analyses to support strategic workforce planning and partner between OPCO and TA COE.
• Oversee policy execution and ensure compliance; advise on policy applications and monitor implementations.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee relations cases; coordinate responses to legal matters; ensure timely casework.
• Oversee preboarding and offboarding; manage onboarding experience and cultural assimilation.
• Collaborate with payroll to handle time and payroll issues; ensure accurate processing.
• Provide education and training to build organizational capability; share expertise across units.
• Engage stakeholders; gather needs and issues to inform decisions and communications.
• Ensure risk assessment, internal controls, and governance are maintained across the organization.
• Support change management initiatives to drive adoption and cultural shifts.
• Provide guidance on policies and procedures to leaders; collaborate with COE for support.
• Identify development needs and coach teams to improve performance.
• Ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business strategy and objectives.
