• Lead translation of enterprise HR strategy into business unit execution.
• Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and change management.
• Leverage data-driven insights to strengthen organizational capability and culture.

Responsibilities

• Compensation and Benefits Program Design for OpCos and OPCOs.
• Guide employee engagement and experience development across business units.
• Identify actions to implement strategy and strengthen alignment with company mission and values.
• Deliver strategic workforce planning analyses to support key insights.
• Oversee policy execution and the application of procedures at unit levels.
• Conduct HR data analytics to diagnose issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design and manage transformational change initiatives for organization-wide adoption.
• Build organizational capability through targeted development and training.
• Foster stakeholder engagement and effective communication of decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and strong governance across the organization.
• Lead end-to-end resolution of complex employee relations cases.
• Oversee preboarding and offboarding experiences to ensure smooth transitions.
• Collaborate with Payroll to address issues escalated to payroll.
