Meriton is seeking a Director of People Strategy and Experience to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategy with organizational objectives to drive performance and growth.

The role leads workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and change management, leveraging data-driven insights and partnering with Centers of Excellence to foster a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience with success as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders.
• 3–6 years of leadership or managerial experience; ability to lead, influence, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compensation and benefits programs; provide financial, market, and legal analysis and reports.
• Guide employee engagement and experience; develop engagement plans with operating company presidents.
• Identify actions to implement strategy; align with mission, vision and values; develop team skills.
