Meriton is seeking a Director of People Strategy and Experience in Chicago to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives to drive performance and growth.

You will translate HR strategy into actionable plans for workforce planning, employee relations, and change management while partnering with Centers of Excellence to build leadership capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and business partnering skills.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive change across units.

Responsibilities

• Design and align people strategies with business goals.
• Lead workforce planning and organizational design discussions.
• Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
• Provide expert guidance on policies, procedures, and governance.
• Oversee compensation/benefits program design and analytics.
• Lead transformational change initiatives with leadership teams.
• Analyze HR data to inform decisions and improve performance.
