Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of broad HR experience across multiple HR functional areas.
• 3+ years of managerial experience influencing and advising business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver compensation and benefits programs with financial and market analyses.
• Guide employee engagement and experience across business units.
• Identify actions to implement strategy and develop team capabilities.
• Design and deliver complex workforce planning analyses for strategic insights.
• Oversee policy execution and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide HR data analytics to diagnose issues and drive improvements.
• Lead transformational change initiatives at the OPCO level.
• Resolve complex employee relations cases and support risk management.
• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and ensure smooth new hire experience.
• Collaborate with COE on policies and procedures.
