Meriton, Chicago, IL, seeks a Director of People Strategy and Experience to act as a strategic HR advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives to drive performance and growth.

You will translate enterprise HR strategy into business unit execution, guiding workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, and change management with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience.
• 6–10 years of progressive HR experience, with success as a strategic HR business partner to senior leaders.
• 3–6 years of leadership or managerial experience, with proven ability to lead, influence, and develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Compensation and Benefits Program Design: design and deliver compensation structures and benefit programs with market and legal insights.
• Employee Engagement: develop engagement plans that foster satisfaction.
