Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC in Denver, CO is seeking a Staff Strategic Operations Lead for its Performance Center to architect the operational rhythm, drive scale, and influence revenue outcomes in a fast-paced cloud infrastructure environment.

You will partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Product, Revenue, and Finance to define governance, metrics, and processes that deliver high availability and performance across global workloads.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Operational Leadership, Program Management, or Engineering Management in high-volume internet traffic or cloud infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion and maintain operational momentum.
• Experience partnering with C-suite stakeholders and translating technical findings into business insights.
• Strategic fluency to connect technical performance with financial margins and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine the operational framework for the Performance Center to drive accountability across high-stakes initiatives and ensure commitments to partners are met at the company-scale.
• Drive the operational cadence of the department by owning scheduling, agenda setting, and facilitation of daily standups, weekly syncs, and seasonal readiness reviews.
• Define and track strategic operational metrics including revenue protection, churn reduction, onboarding velocity, and resource intensity to ensure scalable performance.
• Act as the primary closer for all open action items, chasing down loose ends to ensure incident follow-ups and milestones reach 100% resolution.
• Serve as a strategic facilitator to navigate dependencies, surface blockers early, and convert lessons learned into proactive improvements.
• Instill consistency in operational methodologies through documentation and tracking tools for full transparency.
• Synthesize complex telemetry into high-level narratives for executive leadership and contextualize account health within business strategy.
