Job summary

XPO is seeking a Manager, Human Resources in Boston to translate business priorities into practical people, talent, and organizational actions that drive performance and sustainable growth.

You will coach leaders, guide employee relations, implement performance cycles, analyze workforce data, and shape talent strategies while partnering with Legal and other stakeholders to ensure ethical outcomes across a multi-site portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, organizational development, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, business operations, talent, learning and development, organizational effectiveness, change management, or a related enablement function.
• Experience coaching and influencing leaders at varying levels of the organization with candid counsel.
• Translate business priorities into practical workforce, talent, organizational actions.
• Experience using business metrics, workforce analytics, and employee feedback to identify issues and measure impact.
• Experience designing or improving programs, processes, tools, or experiences that increase organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, partnering with leaders, Legal, and stakeholders to ensure fair and ethical outcomes.
• Administer performance management cycle and coach leaders to set expectations and provide feedback.
• Use workforce data and insights to identify risks and influence decisions.
• Shape workforce plans, talent strategies, and development actions to build business capabilities.
• Lead HR support for organizational change and help leaders manage transitions.
