Job summary

Paychex is seeking a seasoned HR Generalist/People Leader to partner with senior executives across multi-site, multi-state operations in Ohio. You will shape people strategies, lead through change, and drive data-driven HR initiatives to deliver business results.

In this role you will collaborate with COEs, manage through ambiguity, and influence workforce outcomes while aligning with Paychex values and a strong emphasis on integrity, service, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8 years of Generalist HR experience.
• 3 years of people and change leadership/management experience in a dynamic environment.
• 2 years of Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Builds comprehensive, future focused, people strategies that ensure impactful business outcomes
• Establishes trusted partnerships with Sr business executives and builds a high level of business acumen
• Proactively understands external trends and business needs to influence the best people and business results
• Leverages consultative skills to influence where the business is headed
• Can successfully manage through ambiguity and change leadership while leading the organization through transformational change
• Partners with COE's to deliver HR and Business initiatives that drive effectiveness and efficiency
• Leads with data and insights to inform decisions and the right solutions
