Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years in workforce planning, analytics, or BI.
• Strong SQL, forecasting, and modeling skills.
• Proven experience influencing senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Analyze turnover, retention, hiring effectiveness, and talent pipeline metrics.
• Build predictive models and workforce scenarios for decision support.
• Lead enterprise workforce planning and forecasting activities.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to identify future requirements.
