Qualifications

Master’s Degree plus 4+ years of data analysis and reporting or Bachelor’s +6+ years in data analysis and reporting, data science, BI, or business/financial analysis.
5+ years of people analytics experience.
Equivalent experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic direction for people analytics across McKesson’s businesses and enterprise-wide functions.
Serve as the strategic analytics partner to a business unit HR Senior Vice President and leadership team; translate complex people data into actionable insights for C‑suite decisions.
Determine analytical techniques, execute analyses, and interpret results with recommendations for stakeholders.
Lead evolution of analytics delivery from reactive reporting to proactive, AI‑infused decision support including self‑serve analytics and predictive intelligence.
Lead and develop a high‑performing analytics team applying LEADRx leadership behaviors.
Advise on HR data governance, privacy, and ethical use; enforce standards for bias, privacy, and responsible AI use.
Embrace innovative data solutions and tools to enable analytics and advisory work as customer zero.
