Job summary

Aleron is seeking an HR Analyst (People Analytics & Reporting) to transform workforce data into actionable insights. Onsite in Cedar Park, TX, this contract-to-hire role partners with HR, Finance, and leadership to design and deliver reporting and analytics using Workday and related systems.

You will build dashboards, track workforce metrics, and develop executive-level reporting to inform talent decisions. A strong background in HR analytics, data visualization tools, and governance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP systems.
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or workforce analytics.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and communicate data insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics using Workday and other tools.
• Track and analyze workforce metrics including headcount, turnover, retention, and hiring trends.
• Develop executive-level reporting and standardized reporting packages.
• Translate data into insights and recommendations for HR and business leaders.
• Support HR data governance, system optimization, and audit readiness initiatives.
