The position requires 10+ years in related fields with advanced degrees and experience leading data teams.

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters in economics, econometrics, statistics, operations research, decision science, quantitative social science, or closely related field.
• Deep expertise in causal inference, econometrics, experimental design, statistical modeling, ML, optimization, forecasting, or behavioral economics.

Responsibilities

• Build the decision science capability: establish methods, standards, tools, and research agenda for applying quantitative techniques to workforce decisions.
• Apply causal inference to quantify effects of programs, leadership practices, and talent investments.
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to anticipate workforce outcomes and actions to improve them.
• Design experiments and quasi-experiments to test interventions and measure impact.
• Lead a team of data scientists: set direction, coaching, prioritization, quality standards.
