Paychex seeks an experienced PEO Sales professional to partner with businesses, guiding strategic conversations and delivering bundled HR, payroll, benefits, and risk management solutions. You will operate as a trusted advisor to executives, driving high-value deals through a co-employment model that adds enterprise capabilities with efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in PEO sales.
• Ability to engage executive buyers and navigate multi-stakeholder decisions.
• Proven track record in consultative, relationship-driven selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business through prospecting, relationships, and networks
• Sell a full PEO solution including HR, payroll, benefits, compliance, and risk management
• Lead multi-stakeholder conversations with executives and owners
• Manage strategic sales cycles with high-value deals
• Build and leverage referral networks and partnerships
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close
