Job summary

Paychex in Houston, TX is looking for a PEO Sales professional who will sell PEO products and services by developing new clients and expanding the client base to increase profits. Under general supervision, you will leverage the Go-to-Market strategy to identify needs, present the Paychex solution to key stakeholders, and manage onboarding of PEO clients with the client’s preference for in person or virtual interactions.

This role may involve travel.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma required.
• 4 years of experience in HCM or PEO Sales.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and present Paychex solutions to key stakeholders to grow revenue and market share (in-person or virtual).
• Schedule appointments and visit referral sources, especially brokers, to secure referrals.
• Prospect new clients and referrals using calls, mail, seminars, and visits.
• Onboard PEO clients following policies for a smooth transition.
• Represent Paychex to clients and community to create sales opportunities.
• Attend partner meetings to educate on PEO services.
• Develop and maintain technical, competitive and sales skills to represent PEO Sales.
• May travel for conferences, training, or regional/national meetings.
