lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to join our store leadership team. You will execute the store product strategy, manage inventory shifts, and oversee all back of house operations to keep floor and BOH well‑stocked and organized.

You will contribute to performance reviews, assist in hiring decisions, and act as Supervisor on Duty while ensuring a world‑class guest experience. Strong inventory, merchandising, and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Legally eligible to work in the store country.
• Experience with inventory management and merchandising.
• Experience leading or mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to execute product strategy.
• Plan and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Oversee back of house product operations and stock levels.
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members.
• Lead by example as Supervisor on Duty during open hours.
