Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Lead to drive store product strategy and inventory management. This role oversees BOH operations, inventory shifts, and ensures floor and BOH are well-stocked and organized.

You will contribute to performance reviews, hiring input, and act as Supervisor on Duty while delivering a world-class guest experience. The candidate will collaborate with leadership, lead inventory accuracy efforts, and coach team members.

Qualifications

• 1 year of work experience.
• Experience with inventory management, product/visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics.
• Experience leading, mentoring, delegating or implementing processes with others.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring product strategy to life.
• Plan, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities.
• Ensure execution of product actions (pull backs, consolidations, repricing).
• Engage team members to create a productive inventory shift environment.
• Monitor product levels and inform sell-through strategy and availability.
• Review daily data and provide actions to leadership on product focus.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of staff.
• Provide feedback and coaching to team members on the floor and back of house.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and strong collaboration.
• When on Supervisor on Duty, lead from the floor delivering product education.
